This is embarrassing, but where do I get the student access to Designer. I've gone through videos and every practice section I cannot complete. I need to download or access it. Where do I locate this student version?

It looks like you have to apply for the free student license. Attached is the link and a screen capture from the landing page showing where to do just that.
