Designer - how to run a part of the workflow

Is there a way to execute a partial workflow for results preview? In SpSS software I am able to select a set of "tools" within a workflow (a "stream" in SpSS lingo) and execute / run actions that are within selection and preview results. I tried to do the same with Browse-In-DB tool connected to the SQL table, however when I highlighted only first 2 "In-DB" tools, the whole workflow execution ran.

Hi,

I recommend you to look for Containers. You can put tools in a container and disable that container, so only a part of your workflow runs.

Hi @ykhondo You can use Tool containers for part of your workflow and disable and enable them as you develop a workflow.
