Designer Seems to be Blurry

Question

So I've been having fun learning about all the tools and tasks Alteryx has to offer when it comes to data manipulation and analysis. Though one thing that seems off, is my tools and lettering seems to be more blurry then it should. Is there any known fix to this? Thanks.

Hey this seems to have fixed it being blurry, but now some of the search bars in Alteryx are now half visible. When I am typing I can no longer seem the first half of what I am typing, though it does work it's just I can't see what I have typed.
