Designer| Pivot table with multiple row filter and column grouping

Hi All, 

 

Can someone suggest the least messy way to create pivot table using two row fields, one column and one data field please? I have tried using cross-tab and summarize yet still not quite there yet. Attached is the input data field and the output pivot. 

 

I need cols "Account Designation" and "Group" as row filters. "Tenor" in column and "Par Amount" in the data field from attached file.
