Designer Download - No releases were found

Hello everyone,
I am trying to download the Alteryx Designer on my Windows Surface Pro; however, when doing so, I get this error message with no indication as to what the underlying issue is. I am attempting to redownload the designer on a new laptop after renewing my licence, and no longer have access to my old laptop.

Do you have the ability to change the account on that page? You could be on an old account

Otherwise show us with screenshots the whole page!

This is my screen, I only have one account I can access, which appears correctly linked to my university. I have a new set of licence keys which I need to activate, but I cannot see anywhere to use them. Thank you!!

If you can not select other accounts other than this one, maybe you need to contact your account manager of your university.

I agree, you should just be able to hit "Download" next to Alteryx Designer, select your version, and download the admin or non-admin version. Very odd if you can't do that

Yeah, it is odd. I will contact the account manager, I previously did so and didn't receive a response. Are there any more channels in which I can try and get support for this? Thanks all
