How can we automate the workflow documentation in excel, as we are doing design documentation in excel manually for all the workflows which are in tabular format , now is there any automated option that I can get the documentation of workflow in excel

Obviously I would recommend against using Excel, but if that is a requirement I suggest you look at the Auto Documentation tool for Alteryx. You can find out more about that HERE.
This will generate the workflow documentation and create an output. To get it in Excel you may need to create the image and output in a format that can be picked up by Excel.
