Hi,

I have four input files in which Reg ID column in Form list will change as per request. I have used two Reg IDs in the example.

1. Join column should have concatenated values all the time even if the Reg ID count change.

2.Is there way to concatenate Reg ID without renaming column name.

Can anyone assist on the below.

Hi @Saravanan13

Could you please share the expected output for the 2 Reg ID shared in the input file.

It will give more information about how to connect and what what columns to hide in the output.

Edit: To get more clarity and help everyone to reach the solution. Below information in detail will help!!!!

1. Input

2. Logic to be applied explained in detail

3. Output expected in visualized format

Many thanks

Hi @Saravanan13

I was able to crack few information from the output.

Output has 4 columns with 149 rows.

Please confirm have you used the this sheet for Form no.

I see the output has 149 rows, but in the input file it has 150 rows.

1 data is missing.

Also trying to crack where Reg1 and Reg2 picked from the input file.

Hello Shanker,

I see the output has 149 rows, but in the input file it has 150 rows. - That's fine. You can ignore that.

Also trying to crack where Reg1 and Reg2 picked from the input file - Yes correct. Form no. and  Reg ID sheet is from the input file.

Issue - When I try to run the workflow keeping three Reg ID's , the columns are coming as blank and the Join columns does not concatenate the 3rd Reg ID.

Hi, I have attached the end result if the Reg ID is 1 or 3

Hi @Saravanan13

Based on my understanding as per the screenshot attached, I see you have already created the workflow.

But when there are more than 2 RegID mentioned, your formula is not working as I see the screenshot the formula applied is Reg 1 + Reg 2.

Please let me know whether this works for you.

I have joined all the 3 Reg ID which can come in future.

If you have further questions or amendments needed, please feel free to ask.

Many thanks
