Derive output when fields in column is user choice

Hi,

I have four input files in which Reg ID column in Form list will change as per request. I have used two Reg IDs in the example.

1. Join column should have concatenated values all the time even if the Reg ID count change.

2.Is there way to concatenate Reg ID without renaming column name.

Can anyone assist on the below.

The above workflow works dynamically, even when there are 4 or 2 Reg ID also.

It will work dynamically from 1 till n number of Reg ID.
