Decoding table of Base64 to values

Is there a way for me to decode base64 to their respective values?

Eg

	A	B	C
Row1	MTY3Mzg=	MTc4	MA==
Row2	MA==	MA==	MA==
Row3	MA==	MA==	MA==

to

	A	B	C
Row1	16738	178	0
Row2	0	0	0
Row3	0	0	0
