Date to Week for a month

Hi Guys 

I have a date column that I want to convert to weeks

I Want it as week 1 to Week 4 only and not week 5,6 and so on

Can any one help me

@fazz111 would you want it as a rolling 7 days or a calendar week?

e.g  the first was Wednesday do you want it like option 1 or 2?

Wednesday	1st	1	1
TH	2nd	1	1
Fri	3rd	1	1

Sun	5th	1	1
Mon	6th	1	2
Tue	7th	1	2
