Date filter - Filter the last 2 weeks of the Quarter

I'm looking for formula or filter that could help to filter the set of dates to only the last 2 weeks of the quarter. As we know each quarter we have the different date fall in the end of the quarter. How can I set the rules to be flexible reflecting the correct date (only last 2 week) for the respective quarter? Say the rule will be used for March, June and September?

How about pulling the last day of each quarter and subtracting 14 days from the last day?- Just a thought

Your date should be between start of Last 2 weeks of the Quarter to Last day of the Quarter.
