Date and Rate - Different format output

HI,

This is my input in excel is the below

	TD	VD	Rates
Joe	47107	45503	0.05
Mary	47289	45586	0.01
Greg	47289	45589	0.01
Matt	47472	45614	0.05

Desired Output - 

TD	VD	Rates
2028-12-20	2024-07-30	500
2029-06-20	2024-10-21	100
2029-06-20	2024-10-24	100
2029-12-20	2024-11-18	500

@EmilAlteryx01 This just requires a bit of Formulas - I encourage you to search how to convert Excel numbers into dates as there are many Community articles on this! Here is one example: Excel numeric to Alteryx date - Alteryx Community

Also a multiplier for the rate should be pretty straight forward, just multiply by 100
