Date Time Difference

Dear all,

As you can see in the file attached I have two columns Start time and end time , I want to have in a column the difference between these two columns in "hours" any help in that please?

We can also use the DateTime tool to convert the time.
And also there are some rows as "As soon as possible", and I have removed them from the input data.
