Alteryx Designer is a great tool to accomplish this goal. That being said, if you are brand new to Alteryx, I would watch some videos (there are many available) that showcase the application and how to use the tools.
From there, it is a matter of figuring out what you want to know about the data. the second spreadsheet you included is quite large, and the language barrier makes it difficult for me to analyze, but what patterns exist that you can leverage to convert the data into a form useful for your own analysis?
All of this is important, and as you work and run into specific issues, check back on the community (chances are, someone has already asked and answered your question!).
