Dataset CASS not installed

Hello All-

While using parse address tool I am getting error dataset CASS not installed. Can any one help to resolve.

Do you have already a valid license for this dataset, which is requiring a special license other than Designer itself.

Arti, 

As @Qiu  mentioned, you actually have to have a separate license for the data set itself.
