Database added, but no server connections

Good morning,

Problem: I'm running version 2018.3.5.52487 and had a question about Database connections.  I'm trying to publish my app to a local gallery which apparently has already been added, but there are no connections.

Question: How can I save/publish my workflow to the gallery?

Background: I just downgraded from v2019 so that Alteryx Designer would be the same version as our gallery.  I assume I now have the ability, but because of the version change can't remember how to save/publish to the gallery itself.

I am in 2019.3 so I dont recall the older version for sure, but you should have a choice to add a gallery and then you just drop in the URL for said gallery.

In 2019.3 I see it in "Open Workflow" and "Save As" within the File dropdown.

Hi @skeen503979 ,

To save a workflow to your company's gallery, you need to go to save as and to select your gallery.

The option you are showing are related to connection to databases created in the gallery.

Oh, I see!  My mistake; I was attempting to save the output file to a database when what I actually wanted was to do publish the workflow itself to the gallery.

Thanks 🙂
