Data values comparison

I have 2 columns: part number and Alter date. Query logic: if found 2+ same parts - take only the newest (recently updated) part (data row).

 

Can someone help me please?

Sort by part number ascending and alter date descending. Then unique by part number. You'll end up with the most recent record.
