Data type, data size for percentage

Hi, colleagues! I'm still new to alteryx and I'm wondering if there's a more efficient way to change the data size and type on the sample workflow I'm attaching. I want to achieve the same output but could it be possible to achieve this in a more efficient workflow design? Thanks in advance!

@drmjcud One way of doing this is with the Cross Tab and Transpose tool. The Cross Tab tool has different functionalities includes to calculate the percent column and percent total
