Data in columns but need to be transposed to rows (sets of three rows in three columns)

Hi Experts, 

Need your help with the data presentation. We have data in columns with IP addresses. Every three rows need to be in three columns. We have attached a sample file with an example of the data presentation (how we want to data to look like = After). 

Any help will be appreciated. We hope to hear from you soon.

I used a couple of Multi-Row tools to establish groupings and a sub-record ID within each grouping and then finally a crosstab. Workflow is attached for reference
