I am using Batch macro to consolidated data from almost 30+ excel files, thought it is consolidating the data, however some of the data getting missed in between, such as in a particular column few cells have data but few don't which is causing issue in getting required results.
Please help with the reason.

Can you provide examples? Sample Input and Output, or even workflow. Missing data can mean a lot of things. More detail will be necessary to provide useful assistance.
My apologies, Can't share the data due to policies, however tried to rebuild the Macro and it worked.
