Data cleaning and Reportable data

Hi All,

I have unstructured data with product name and sales in each row having country name in both rows.

Example:

india- Laptop,PC,mouse

India- 87,67,90

Australia-Mouse,Laptop,PC

Australia-75,65,90

and list goes on.

I want to convert this data in more readable format to make it more presentable so that some insights and visualizations can be created on top of it.
