Data backward pull

Hi community,
I came accross an issue which is like this: 
I have a report to send which consists the data from March 04th to March 10th, and the report will be send out next week wednesday that's on 15th March. The report should always use the same kind of parameter every week to send out the report. 

If someone can help, that would be a great help.
