Data Scraper from PDF to XML?

I would like to know if Alteryx has the ability to scrape desired data from any (or most) PDF's  and purge the output in an XML format?

Sure does! You can find a macro at gallery.alteryx.com for reading PDFs and many tools can help to put into XML format.

The InformationLab has a PDF Input tool.  This post has a link to the tool itself as well as a link to an installation video to help with the configuration of the R packages required
