I am stuck at wrangling this dataset, as I have used Text to column and Regex but am stuck at transforming the header into separate columns.

@SS_95, that doesn't sound to complicated to do. I would just watch the Interactive Lessons - Alteryx Community on the relevant topics. Interactive Lessons - Alteryx Community. If theres any part of the problem in particular you don't understand how to do in Alteryx open a question on the discussions board.
