I'm in a similar situation with Alteryx Designer and my MacBook Pro. I've managed to get the 90-day access and have downloaded the .exe file, but I'm stuck because .exe files don't run natively on macOS. I've tried reaching out to support but haven't had any success so far. I also have a Mac with an M1 Pro chip, which adds another layer of complexity. Has anyone else faced this issue? How did you resolve it? Any suggestions for getting Alteryx Designer running on a Mac with an M1 Pro chip?

Here are your main options: Install Alteryx for Mac
You will need to run this on a windows vm (ie parallels) - note while Alteryx may run on an m1 chip - 64 bit odbc drivers are NOT supported on ARM chips. This is not an Alteryx thing - this is an M1 thing. You will not be able to use the ODBC driver to access databases.
