DVW BW Read Tool Issue - URGENT. PRODUCTION ISSUE

Hi Friends

 

I am facing an issue with the BW Read Tool.

 

I have attached a screenshot of the Alteryx WF. 

 

The issue is that the BW Read Tool at the top fetches data from SAP, whereas, the other two BW Read Tool is not fetching any data from SAP. I am not able to understand the reason.

 

One more thing. Both the BW Read Tools uses the same BI Query

 

Please help.

I would recommend reaching out to DVW since they will have the best answers for you (and these are not base-a Alteryx tools)!

Just stopping by to say that as usual @alexnajm is providing excellent advice. You pay $$$$ to DVW and they every time I've used them they  have provided excellent service. Reach out them and they'll be able to help pin point where the issue is --- and you can sync with your SAP team to fix this.

@Kallis ---- it's possible. But you didn't really provide any information either. If you have one working tool - and two tools that don't work --- you need to provide detailed configuration screenshots of all the tools. you also need to clarify - are you getting an error message - or not data? I'm not much of an SAP person - but I'm fairly sure you can find logs on the back end of system access/data access by user --- and you should be able to see what the internal access requests are going to SAP. Logging my capture why there are not returns.

 

so stepping back we have a situation here where you are:

1) looking for product support for something external.

2) probably having user error

3) not providing enough information. 

4) writing in all caps.
