DCM sync between designer and server

Hello together, 

when I try to sync DCM in my Designer I get this error:  Collaboration Sharing error: Borrowed object misuse.

I could not find anything online yet unfortunately, so I am very happy for any suggestions which could solve this!

What have I already tried:

- Reinstall Alteryx Designer

- Dis- and reconnect to the server

Server version: 2023.2.1.7

designer version: 2023.2.1.133

@bmangel , are you still experiencing this issue? We have come across this and when we have it, it seems to be an issue with the token we are using when connecting using an OAuth2 credential. When we update the token (usually just by creating a new one) we are able to get past the issue.

That said, we have been experiencing the issue of having to frequently reset the token for some users and I'm curious if others have run into that problem.

@Heinen_Marcus Were you able to locate and fix this issue? We are experiencing the same problem when using a DCM connection to Snowflake using OAuth2 credentials.

We are also seeing this issue. We can run the WF in cloud with the DCM shared data source/credential, but not locally on desktop. 

@Heinen_Marcus we did an OAuth token refresh using my credentials and then the WF ran. As you mentioned, this is not ideal nor sustainable over time.

We are issuing a support ticket.
