Custom filter to only filter if the value begins with '0'

Hi,

 

I think the title speaks for itself and it sounds like a regex formula perhaps?


Any explanation of your solution would be great e.g. how regex works that picks up if it begins with 0... Thanks!

Left([field],1) = "0"
