Cumulative sum for range of values

I'd like to calculate the cumulative sum for a range of values. I've illustrated an example of the input and output below.

I've attached a sample file and would appreciate any help you can provide. 🙂

Here is a workflow doing your cumulative sum based on active row and next row using Multi-Row Formula tool.

Can you provide an explanation of the calculation? It's a bit unclear on how to arrive at the output.

I think it's active row value + next row value. That's what I determined from picture.

Not sure though.
