Crosstab take first column as header and all other columns values as rows

Hi, Alteryx community,

I try to crosstab a table which headers are at first column and all the data start from second column:

To :

As I'm trying to write this post I just figured out how to do that, So following is the solution :

First use transpose tool to set first column as key fields and others as data fields like following:

Second use cross tab tool(Remember to group by Name) :

Then you have the result,you can unselect Name Column and there you go:
