i need to convert data on the left into the right table which will show how many of each combinations there are. not sure how to go about this!

You should be able to achieve this with a combination of creating a tag, and then aggregating. My multi-row tool is grouping together the order, then the first summarize is concatenating the types, before the second summarize can count, and lastly splitting the concatenation back into its own columns.

To get the different combinations you could do something like the attached, however I don't understand what the 'Count' column is meant to be counting based on this example - could you confirm? I've included a way to count the unique combinations as a starting point.
