Crosstab feature with Multiple Columns

I am fairly new to Alteryx and looking to solve for a problem using crosstab, but running into some issues. 

Current Data

Account	Column Label	Column Index	Value
1234	Frist Name	1	John
1234	Last Name	2	Doe
1234	First Name	3	Jane
1234	Last Name	4	Dane
1235	Last Name	5	John
1235	First Name	6	Dane

What I am looking for in the output is:

Account	First Name	Last Name
1234	John	Doe
1234	Jane	Dane
1235	John	Dane

I Thing cross tab is the right operation to use, but I'm
