Cross tab with multiple fields

Hi all,

First, as it's my with time here: very nice meeting you all!

I am working on structuring a data file and after browsing the forums I struggle to find an answer how to properly use Cross Tab on multiple fields.

There is multiple entries for the category "name" (= Dutch city names) that I would like to have as columns. Ideally I would like one line per city (e.g. 's Hertogenbosch) with corresponding variables.

Can I please request the help of an Alteryx guru how to do this? 🙂

All the best,

Christiaan

PS. the data is publically available and I attached them in this post.
