Cross Tab/Transpose Tool confirguration

Hello -

I'm currently trying to determine which tool I need to use to dynamically change the way data is being displayed. I would like some of the data to be the actual column and I would Like to group by the month and capture each total that was originally included current display of data. I've attached a spreadsheet detailing the current data output and the requested output. Thanks in advance!
