When you upload workflows to gallery, you have the option to package up the macros with the workflow. Alternatively, if you save the macros to a network location that the gallery user has access to, or have the macros installed in the gallery instance of alteryx you should be able to leverage them as well. Most (if not all) of the CReW macros are created with built in tools so they could be recreated as well.
