Credy Certificate Email Issue

So, I completed the first Alteryx Foundation Micro-Credential certificate, but it's been over 72 hours, and I have not received anything from Credly. I have checked my Junk Folder and Inbox in my work email, and I don't see it. Any advice on what I should do?
