Credly badge

I have completed my designer core certification 3 days back, but still I have not received any link from credly to see my badge. I have sent an email to certifications@alteryx.com but no response. Please help

I would wait for the response as we won't be able to push anything forward as community members, just provide possible suggestions to which I don't have any off the top of my head

This usually takes 24 hours to update
but as in your case I guess due to community maintains this is taking longer than expected 
I suggest you wait for another day, and this should get updated

You have reached out to the best email for this topic. You could submit a case to Mission Control, but I think it’s just worth following up with the certification inbox.

Not for certifications. I don't recommend it, but an alternative is academy@alteryx.com. Mission Control could also work (submitting a case)

Hi, this issue is resolved. I wrongly spell the email. It should be certification@alteryx.com
