Creation of New column based on manual formula and External sources

Need your expertise on the below points. Including the sample file for further reference.

1 Need to create a new column based on manual formula (eg., Concatenation)

2. Need to create a new column based on Vlookup formula to a external source.

Everyone starts from an Infrant 😁
For the first new column, we need some sort of the mapping table, I believe.
Then with a Join tool, we can bring the Actual Location Name for each location code.

Then use a simple Formula tool to do the Concatenation
