Creating values for dates in between

Hi community!

I have the following data: 

Name	Start date	Termination date	Salary
David	01.01.24	01.02.24	100
Jude	02.01.23		200
Lionel	03.01.24		300
Wright	04.06.24		500

I am trying to create a flat data, where I want to see the actual cost of salary and the number of employees for the end of each month in 2024 (and also other years). Here is the output I am thinking: 

Name	Date	Salary	Employed or not
David	31.01.24	100	1
David	28.02.24	0	0
Jude	31.01.24	200	1
Jude	28.02.24	200	1
Jude	30.03.24	200	1
Jude	31.04.24	200	1

And the list goes on... Could you help me out?
