Creating an indicator based on the blanks in the columns

Hi Team,

I have a situation where i need to create an indicator based on the blanks. For e.g below if i have one blank consecutive then the indicator should be 1 year, if two blanks consecutive then 2 years etc.. i have marked in yellow.

Please let me know how to go about this

Though I'm not sure what defines the indicator to be Regular for IDs 444 and 555...?

Solved for having 'Regular' where 2020 is not null. See attached.

Thank you for the quick reply. Really appreciate that. However i have edited my question not sure if you have seen that. the criteria is "regular" because there are no blanks.
