I'm currently trying to start a coffee chat program as an I&D initiative and need to create a tool that outputs groups of 4 employees based on location, seniority, and practice. I only have the excel sheet with all participants and the respective criteria that I'll need to use.
I'm currently on the getting started learning path, but it seems I'll need to create the tool sooner than anticipated. I created a random grouping in Excel, but wasn't able to figure out how do it based on 3 different criteria.
