Create month and fiscal year column

Hi,

I have a date field in the format "YYYY-MM-DD", I would like to create a new column with month and the fiscal year the date falls in. Our fiscal year month starts in April and ends in March. So output 2021-09-20 would be September FY22. Any thoughts on adding this formula?
