Create app that allows user to change the date in a specific column

Hello, I am looking to create an app that will allow the user to change the date in a column. The column is already populated with several different dates, but they all need to be changed to the same date. Also the date is in a YYYY-MM-DD format and will need to be inputted with the same. Do I need to create a formula and attach an action tool or is there a better way?

For example: The below dates would need to be changed to say 2024-09-01. Needing to be an app as the user will need to run and change the date monthly.

Date

2024-08-12

2024-07-30

2024-08-09

2024-07-19

Date > Action > Formula on the column you want to overwrite should do the trick!
