Hey @senzuki123,

In this kind of situation I usually suggest using a Summarize tool to aggregate the data (in this case, getting a count by RECORD ID), performing the calculation, and then using a Join to re-apply it to your dataset. Something like:

Note that in the attached, I've added dummy data, rather than trying to replicate yours
