I have a workflow which is connecting to JIRA using a URL. It is throwing an error as
ERROR:- Error transferring data: Couldn't resolve host name.
How to fix it. Any suggestions?

Have you tried the link in the browser now? Perhaps the service is temporarily down?

Can you share a screen shot of the configuration, this error is usually related to an incorrect URL (I believe). Make sure you are using the full path.Ben
I am using the correct URL as the workflow was working fine and giving desired results till now. No changes has been done .Please find the URL.

Did you get this error fixed? If so, what was the solution?
I have something similar, but it had to do with Amazon Redshift. It's fixed now, our SysOps people were working on a DNS issue which caused a temporary issue for a few hours on one of our Alteryx Servers.
