Core Certication not showing. I want to take Advanced, but it won't let me. Help

My Core certification shows on Credly .  I passed in July.  I log in to Alteryx.  It says I haven't passed Core and can't take Advanced.  Please help me get this straightened out

I don’t see the badge on your community account - are you sure this is the right login?

I don't know what is going on.  This is very frustrating.  It shows 3 different emails - two personal and one work email.  I try logging on with one email and it says it doesn't find the email.  I try logging on with the other email it says it doesn't find that one either.  I registered AGAIN and still have problems.  The work email didn't exist when I passed the core exam.

Emailing the certification inbox is your best bet then as they can handle questions related to certification. The only other option would be to find the email where you passed the exam, because that will have the correct email associated with the pass and hopefully also the community username
