Copying a value from a specific cell down a specified number of rows

I am pulling data from a folder that contains a bunch of spreadsheets with rates. All of these spreadsheets are in the same format. I am aggregating all of the data together so I can dump it into another spreadsheet and create a database.

There is one cell in each spreadsheet that has the date. I am trying to take this date, make it into a new column, and have it copied down the rows 65 times.

I tried using the transpose tool and then creating a new column but this makes my data become misaligned.

I was thinking about using the multi-row column but I do not know how to use it.

You could read in that specific cell by reading in a range via the Input Data tool, and then use the Append Fields tool to add it to every record of your data!
