Converting output from Model Coefficients Tool from rows to columns with some calculations

Hi All,

I have used Model Coefficient tool to get intercept and coefficients of Linear Regression. I want to convert the data from row to columns

Output from Model coeff:

Variable   Coeffiecients

intercept     5

variable 1     -2

variable 2     3

I am trying to get the final output where all values are divided by total sum as

intercept variable1 variable2 

.83           -.33          .5
