Converting large workflow to AMP -error: tried to add node with duplicate tool id?

Hi,

I am trying to convert a large workflow that has a trigger workflow that sets off a macro, which in turn has about 4 other macros that are initiated within it.

The reason I am converting is to use some of the newer features such as control containers, while hoping to not have the workflow run for a prohibitable amount of time.

However, I am getting an error 'Internal Error: tried to add node with duplicate tool id: ' and I get a list of many tool id's.

This wasn't an issue previously, and the tool id's aren't duplicated within each individual workflow.

I can't seem to see a reference to this error anywhere? Has anyone seen it before and do they know how to fix it?

Thanks!

@Tom-Work1 I don't have too many initial ideas, but this may make sense to report through Mission Control (my.alteryx.com) to ensure Customer Support is aware and can provide insight into resolution. The case submission process will also search the Knowledge Base in case there is a known solution (which I didn't immediately see when searching). Be sure to have your version at hand in case that gives any insight.

open your .yxmd or .yxwz or .yxmc file in notepad. identify the duplicate tool ides. see if it's empty nodes --- this happens sometimes. delete the duplicate nodes.
