Converting an image of a table in a PDF to Excel

I have a pdf with images of multiple tables. Is it possible to use Alteryx Intelligence Suite to convert these images into an excel table? I'm a little confused on the beginning steps with Computer Vision tools for this scenario.

12-21-2022  Alteryx recently release a new PDF to Text tool that greatly increases the accuracy and speed of extraction. Including the link to this new tool here for your reference:
